Free Shipping:
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Europe with a minimum purchase amount of 70 EUR. Please note that free shipping is not applicable to express shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time:
- The estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and destination. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-7 days. Please note that international orders may experience longer delivery times due to customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently do not ship outside EU and USA. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. Terre de Mar is not liable for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.
